Nikki Bullock- CEO

As a real estate agent of over 13 years, having brokered her own office for 2 of those years, paperwork, details, and dotting i's and crossing t's is Nikki's thing!! Her best work multitasking and loves the challenge that this industry gives on a daily basis. She is a licensed instructor for the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and truly loves mentoring, teaching,  motivating others to achieve their goals and dreams,  and encouraging others to be their very best version of themselves! On a personal level, she is a true Southern Belle, loves all things pink, but is a true tomboy at heart. A mom of two boys, most of the time you will see her sporting her favorite Mississippi State or Alumni MTSU baseball hat, while running the boys to and from baseball and football stuff! Known to let a few "y'alls" slip from time to time, she has a larger than life personality, always wear a smile on her face, and mission is helping others. It is her honor to serve you and provide you with the “maximum leverage” to help you grow your business.

Sarah Thornton- CFO & Partner

A native-born Hoosier from Indianapolis, IN, Sarah has been in and around the real estate industry most of her life.  She  graduated from Purdue University (Boiler Up!!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Counseling. After graduation, she dove into the "real" world and tackled mortgage underwriting  for Provident Funding for over three years.  These days numbers, organization, and details  is totally her thing, as she is an authorized agent for the IRS and oversees her own private tax preparation and bookkeeping business.  Caffeine....only the Starbucks kind!....keeps her on her toes. Sarah is a true rockstar with homeschooling her two awesome kids and is a proud supportive military wife.  During down time, she enjoys snow skiing, gardening, hiking, and camping under stars!! Her attentive nature, detail oriented master-mindedness, and true customer service state of mind makes her an amazing addition to the MLG Family!

Rachel Sullivan- transaction Director

 Raised in Michigan, but now a Tennessean for more years than she will admit to, Rachel has a strong background in commercial real estate and detail management. As an entrepreneur, producer, wife and mother, there is virtually no project she hasn’t already managed. Rachel is a detail-oriented list-maker who is all about the small things when it comes to serving others! Clients can always expect her best, as she strives to make life easier for those around her by using all her organizing superpowers to manage the mess and calm the chaos! When not harnessing the wind, she homeschools her two children and manages a home with her husband, three cats, a dog, and probably a foster dog or four (depending on the day) and treasures the days she can just crochet or watch movies!

JEFFI WRIGHT- transaction manager

 Jeffi is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. After earning a degree in Biochemistry from Seton Hill University, she relocated to Nashville in 2003 and managed a Neuroresearch lab at Vanderbilt University. Several years later, the concrete walls of the lab were no longer agreeing with her so in 2007 she left Vandy, purchased a farm in Franklin and opened the Green Barn, a horse-boarding facility which she eventually expanded to include an in-home pet sitting/farm sitting agency that provides care for animals of all types. She is a multi-tasker by nature and loves structure. She is highly detailed, tech savvy, and organized. She has 15 years of admin experience with 5 years of real-estate specific training including all aspects of the contract-to-close process and listing management. In her free time (which isn't much!) you can find her cantering around on her Arabian horse, kissing her 2 giant Blue Great Danes or zipping down the Natchez Trace on her motorcycle.

Rachel Pack- TRANSACTION MANAGER

 This down to earth darling is a meticulous, passionate, charismatic, and driven 3rd generation Real Estate Industry Professional. Her passion stems from a long line of strong ladies who have made their careers in Real Estate. She was brought up around showing houses, mountains of paperwork, and being fully immersed in the "language of real estate." She is a self starter who is a highly detailed multi-tasker. She fully understands that every detail matters, from when the transaction start, everything that goes on during the process, and until the docs are signed at the closing table. She has 5 years of administrative experience, with over a year in Contract to Close and Listing Management. When Rachel is done with your transaction you will most definitely be back for more! In Rachel’s spare time, she enjoys running her own small business of refinishing old furniture projects. What really keep her on her toes is being a mom to two full of life kiddos and two fur babies, and squeezing in date nights with her hubby.
