  • Assist with set  up of Dotloop or appropriate system
  • Provide Policy & Procedure template
  • Provide Employment Agreement & IC Agreement  templates
  • Provide Training Calendar with class topics - materials additional fee
  • On-Board Agents: Provide new agent orientation materials, ensure all requirements/paperwork are completed, & assist with setting them up as a functioning agent

New Staff/Assistant Hiring- $750

  • Run advertising
  • Phone interviews
  • Background/Ref checks and DISC profiles
  • In Person interviews to narrow to 3 candidates


Staff/Assistant/New Agent Training- $1500-3 days of training

  • Running office calendars
  • Terms & Current Forms review
  • System review: Using Gmail/Dropbox/ Dotloop/Other Internet tools/Trans Desk & MLS
  • Listing & the MLS
  • Handling Phones & Leads
  • Handling mail
  • For Real Estate Assistant: training to handle the contract to close process, follow up with clients, vendors, and agents 
  • HUD review and all of the above task


new agent training- $250 per class

  • Orientation: Provide materials & half day or review of office processes and systems and quick industry training

  • Listing Boot Camp: Provide materials and training of documents and processes

  • Contract Boot Camp: Provide materials and training of documents and processes, offers, and a limited review of the contract to close process


Contract to Close Training- $600 per class

Extensive training on the contract to close process; with worksheets, checklists, & system review
